Play, Grow, Thrive – On the Field and Beyond

Social-Emotional Learning Through Sports

At Doza Sports, social-emotional learning is not an add-on — it’s intentionally woven into every class. Our curriculum is grounded in the CASEL framework, the nationally recognized model for high-quality social-emotional learning, which identifies five core competencies children need to thrive in school, relationships, and life.

Through our 10-week, age-specific curriculum, each week focuses on one CASEL competency, allowing children to practice and build these skills gradually, meaningfully, and developmentally appropriately.

The five CASEL competencies include: self- awareness, self- management, social awareness, relationship skills and responsible decision- making.

Age Brackets

At Doza Sports, our curriculum is intentionally scaffolded by age and development. Each program builds on the one before it — gradually increasing structure, skill complexity, and social-emotional expectations — so children feel supported at every stage of their growth.
